Chaminda is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience spanning imports, exports, manufacturing, and consulting. A thought leader in the innovation space, he earned his PhD from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where his 2018 research focused on the Challenges in Managing Digital Innovation. Complementing his technical expertise with an MSc in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University, Chaminda has a long history of leadership, including serving on the Executive Committee of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (2003/04). Currently, he serves as the Principal Consultant and Country Head for Innomanthra Consulting, a premier Indian innovation firm.
