Refunds

Please note that the refund amount will exclude any other charges may have incurred during the initial purchase.
You may cancel the subscription at any time (if any) and only the used document/book, payment for agreed time period may be charged.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made API’s
- Consumed data credits or used API’s
In the unfortunate event that your required service not received as we propose/ promote or describe please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and service availability.
