Gajan is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience across Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh, working with leading international development partners including USAID, ADB, World Bank, UNDP, UNFPA, DFAT and GIZ. He specializes in designing and managing digital MEL systems, performance measurement frameworks, data analytics and evidencebased decision-making tools for large-scale governance, justice sector, private sector development, infrastructure sector and digital transformation initiatives. He has led and managed more than 30 consultancy projects in Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Gajan holds a BSc in Agricultural Technology & Management, an MBA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute – USA.
