Nilanthi Shamani is a public administrator and human resource professional with over 15 years of experience in courts administration, human resource management, training and development, and court administration. She has held several positions within Sri Lanka’s Courts administration service, including Supervising Officer in Court Administration and Human Resource Management, and has extensive experience in staff development, performance management, and organisational administration.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Colombo, together with professional qualifications in Human Resource Management and other related fields. Her professional interests include public sector management, organisational development, human resource development, and the use of information systems to enhance institutional efficiency.
