Numinda is a highly experienced enterprise development professional with over 25 years of expertise in training, business development, and organizational capacity building. He currently serves as Vice President at CEFE NET Sri Lanka, where he also previously held the role of Secretary for more than 14 years. He is a CEFE Licensed International Trainer, delivering enterprise development programs using CEFE Action Learning methodologies. His expertise includes pre-training, training and post-training activities, proposal writing, contract negotiation, project acquisition, implementation, mentoring, and business counselling. He has worked extensively with national and international partners, including GTZ programs. He holds a BA and BA Special in Political Science from the University of Colombo and is skilled in business development, teamwork, and digital facilitation.
