He brings over twenty-three years’ experience in international management consulting and a track record of delivering high impact consulting, training, facilitation and coaching solutions across 17 countries covering over 50 sub industries. He is the founder of the R & R Associates consulting – a boutique management consultancy company and the author of the book “How small countries can compete and grow – a case for Sri Lanka”.
